I usually don't post anything like this, but thought this deserved my two cents. We went into the dealership to get the key fob I bought online for our 22 Hyundai Tucson programmed. I expected to get hassled over buying it online even though it was an authentic Hyundai fob with all the correct numbers. I was pleasantly surprised when the man who greeted us told me no problem as long as I had a working Fob which I did. I asked him to quote me a price and was surprised because it was so much cheaper than what I had heared before. I gave him both Fobs and he brought the car into the bay immediately and began working. The only delay was waiting on a tech to finish using the computer pad he needed. In a very short time he was done. He had us test everything and then we paid up and were on our way. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and did a great job. I am thinking about having this dealership do my servicing from now on. Great job!!

Everything went very smoothly at my first servicing of my Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I was greeted by the shop foreman when I arrived for my appointment and he gave me a time that it would take for the job and that he would contact me, in the very comfortable waiting room, when it was done. He came to me within the time frame and explained how the servicing went and what was done. The servicing was complete and the car was cleaned inside and out. Very efficient snd friendly service. Thank you.

The purchase of my Hyundai Palisade was probably the most wonderful simple and easy purchase. West Concepcion was very diligent in answering my questions. He did not hard sell me on anything. He worked with management to get the exact interior and exterior colors that I wanted. Thank you West!

we had a great experience purchasing our 2026 hyundai elantra with fischer. he is super kind and went out of his way many times to make sure my husband and i were satisfied with our choice. he explained everything well and was super patient. we have 2 months until our first baby will make her arrival and we are so happy to have a nice and reliable car to bring her home in. fischer even called and remembered the baby’s name and everything. he’s a great guy and the deals we got on this car paired with the warranties was just unbeatable from other cars/dealerships.

Waited a week for my service appointment. Had a critical error message come up on my dash saying shifter system malfunction. Called Hyundai roadside and they were great. Picked my car up and had it delivered to the dealership. The appointment was scheduled for 8am. By 1:30pm I called the service department. A gentleman answered the phone. I explained I had been on hold for 20 minutes after which I hung up and called back. This time on hold for 5 minutes. No apology just pushed through as if not to care. He said I had not heard anything from the dealership because they probably didn’t know what the issue was yet. After that statement, he asked for my name, looked up my account. He stated there was nothing wrong with the car. I asked him why the warning would pop up shown in the image if there was nothing wrong. He said it’s probably because there were rocks under my skid plate. But there were no error codes nothing wrong with the car and it shifted just fine this morning when he got in. So it begs the question one clearly as you can see from the photo there was an issue with the car. Multiple times after that error the tow truck driver and I tried to put the car in gear in. It immed
